Free Standard Shipping on all Orders!
We offer free standard shipping on all orders in the 48 contiguous United States to addresses that are deliverable by UPS or FedEx. Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. You typically will receive an email with the tracking number within several days of when your item ships. This allows you to trace the progress of your order until it arrives.
Damage & Error Claims
Please open your shipment immediately to inspect for damage. Items you receive that have been damaged during shipment, or that are not the merchandise you ordered must be reported to us within 4 calendar days of delivery to receive a replacement at no charge. Dress The Yard™ is not responsible for damage claims if reported to us 5 or more calendar days after delivery.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us. You can return the items you purchased on dresstheyard.com for a refund as follows: Refunds are given for the amount you paid for the item at the time of order except for the following: 1. financing fees (if financed) 2. discounts on multi-item discounts if only some items are returned (the full price without the discount will be subtracted from your refund for items you keep). Your return must be completed within 30 days of the purchase date, and merchandise must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition. Special orders, custom items, and final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
